Hello, I’m Kelly; the heart behind Eledex Consulting, LLC.
Our mission is deeply personal to me as it’s grounded in the vision of a world where neurodiversity is not just tolerated but embraced and celebrated. This commitment stems from my own life’s narrative, both as a neurodivergent individual and as a mother to neurodivergent children, intertwined with my professional expertise in facilities, operations, construction, real estate & design.
Navigating the neurodivergent world alongside my children has been a profound journey, one that has deeply informed and driven my approach not only to understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of neurodiversity but also to supporting individuals, students and their families as well as organizations & institutions on their own neurodivergent journeys.
This experience, combined with my late diagnosis of ADHD, has provided me with invaluable insights into the nuances of neurodivergence beyond physical environments.
As an accomplished author, writer, and storyteller, my role at Eledex Consulting is deeply intertwined with my creative endeavors. My novel “Life Interrupted” embodies my conviction in the storytelling’s power to mirror the human experience, showcasing my commitment to narrative art. Beyond my literary work, I actively contribute to articles, newsletters and thought leadership pieces aimed at broadening the dialogue around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), along with Neurodiversity. My efforts extend beyond mere knowledge dissemination; they are designed to ignite conversations and foster a deeper comprehension of these critical issues.
