Meet The Team

It all started with one neurodivergent human’s frustration over a world that wasn’t built for minds like hers. Tired of seeing too many policies, programs, and workplaces overlook neurodivergent individuals, Kelly decided to leap off the executive ladder and launch Eledex Consulting, a neurodivergent coaching & consulting business. Her mission was simple yet powerful: support neurodivergent people and spark greater awareness around truly inclusive practices.

What began as a solo venture soon grew into a family affair when Kelly’s eldest daughter, Gabby; also neurodivergent, completed her Master’s in Social Work and stepped forward to help expand Eledex’s reach. With hands-on experience in school settings and residential programs for young people, Gabby brought both clinical know-how and personal insight. Together, we stand as a mother-daughter duo, united by a shared vision of a future where neurodiversity is celebrated, every neurodivergent individual has the support and guidance they need, and neuroinclusion is woven into every corner of our communities.
